Never trust an AI SDR that cannot show its work

Letting software talk to distressed homeowners in your company's name is a serious decision. The technology that makes it safe is not a better model. It is a better paper trail.

An AI SDR in this industry drafts messages to people losing their homes, in your name, under laws written specifically about that conversation. Done carelessly, that is a liability engine. The difference between careless and professional is not primarily model quality. It is whether every action the system takes is constrained, logged, and explainable after the fact.

Ask any vendor three questions. Can the AI send something your compliance rules would forbid? When it classifies a reply or chooses a next step, is the reasoning recorded anywhere a human can read? And when a regulator, a partner, or your own conscience asks why the system did what it did, can you answer with a record instead of a shrug?

Constrained, logged, reviewable

In PropCue the AI operates inside the same walls as every human: its sends pass the compliance gate, its contact attempts count against the same frequency caps, and it cannot touch a channel the organization has not activated. Every draft, classification, and decision lands in an append-only audit trail with the reasoning attached.

Just as important, the AI escalates. Hot replies, angry replies, legally sensitive replies route to a person with full context. The goal was never to remove humans from the loop. It is to make sure human attention lands exactly where it is worth the most.

Work the clock, not the list.

PropCue launches one territory at a time, with a disclosure review for your state before the first message goes out.
